Drs. Brent & Mary Sanders

Doctors Brent and Mary Sanders graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008 and opened Main Street Animal Hospital in January 2016 after practicing in Austin County since 2009.

Dr. Brent Sanders is from Katy, Texas and graduated from Katy High School before earning a Bachelor’s and a Master’s of Animal Science at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas.  Dr. Sanders has special interests in small animal orthopedic surgery and equine and bovine medicine. 

Dr. Mary Sanders is originally from League City, TX.  She graduated magna cum laude as a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2004 and went on to graduate cum laude from the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008.  She is mixed animal practitioner with special interests in internal medicine and dentistry.  Dr. Sanders is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and Texas Veterinary Medical Association.

KATHERINE

Veterinary Technician

Katherine graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2016 as a Certified Veterinary Technician. She has grown up around horses, cattle, goats, cats and dogs. When she isn’t working, Katherine enjoys spending time with friends, family and pets.

Jessianne

Veterinary Technician

Jessianne grew up in Simonton with a lifelong love of animals, making Veterinary Medicine a natural fit. She earned her Veterinary Technician Certification in 2017 and has worked in the field for 8 years. At home, she has five pets—dogs Annielou and Cowboy, and cats Doja, Bentley, and Posie—and is also a proud mom to her baby girl, Willow’Anne, and fiancé to William. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, hunting, baking, and spending time with her family! 

Teale

Veterinary Technician

Growing up in Simonton, Texas, Teale has been surrounded by animals her whole life, and caring for them quickly became her greatest passion. From an early age, she knew she wanted a career where she could combine her love for animals with helping families give their pets the best possible care, which led her to become a veterinary technician. Teale graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2016 as a certified Veterinarian Technician. Teale is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and safe during their visit.

At home, Teale’s world revolves around her three dogs—Trigger, a Border Collie; Millie, a French Bulldog; and Traxx, a Pitbull mix & a Bearded Dragon, Ash. Outside of the clinic, she and her husband enjoy traveling and exploring new places together, but no matter where she goes, her heart is always with the animals.

Samantha

Customer Service Representative

Samantha started her journey at Banfield Pet Hospital as a Client service coordinator. She wanted more experience to the veterinary world.She was excited to work at Brazos Oaks Animal Hospital to continue her journey. She is still new to the veterinary industry, but has always had the aspiration of working within a veterinary clinic since childhood. Currently, she is studying to become a veterinary assistant, with the goal of expanding her knowledge in veterinary medicine. She was raised in Sealy,Tx but has recently relocated to Katy, Tx to live in the city. In her free time, she likes to dance, spend time with her dog, and she loves to travel!
