Drs. Brent & Mary Sanders

Doctors Brent and Mary Sanders graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008 and opened Main Street Animal Hospital in January 2016 after practicing in Austin County since 2009.

Dr. Brent Sanders is from Katy, Texas and graduated from Katy High School before earning a Bachelor’s and a Master’s of Animal Science at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas.  Dr. Sanders has special interests in small animal orthopedic surgery and equine and bovine medicine. 

Dr. Mary Sanders is originally from League City, TX.  She graduated magna cum laude as a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2004 and went on to graduate cum laude from the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008.  She is mixed animal practitioner with special interests in internal medicine and dentistry.  Dr. Sanders is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and Texas Veterinary Medical Association.

KATHERINE MENDOZA

Veterinary Technician

Katherine graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2016 as a Certified Veterinary Technician. She has grown up around horses, cattle, goats, cats and dogs. When she isn’t working, Katherine enjoys spending time with friends and family. She has three dogs, Lovey, Lucy and Stitch, and four cats, Augie, Oreo, Midnight and Penelope. 

Jessianne Day

Veterinary Technician

Jessianne grew up in  Simonton and has been around animals all of her life. Her love and fascination with all animals made Veterinary Medicine a perfect fit. She attended the Vet Tech Institute of Houston receiving an Associates in Veterinary Technology and has worked in the field for about 6 years as a Veterinarian Technician. She currently has 3 fur babies of her own, Annielou & Cowboy, her dogs, and Doja, her cat. In her free time she enjoys fishing, gardening, cooking, traveling & spending time with friends, family & of course her fur babies! .

SHERI BUCK

Customer Service Representative

Sheri has over 20 years of experience in the customer service and accounting fields. She is new to the veterinary industry but enjoys being around animals. Sheri was born in Houston but made the move to Simonton with her husband Jim 25 years ago. They live here with their son Jackson, a college student. In her free time Sheri enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling and hiking with her two dogs.
